Official voting information
Rate: GH₵1 = 2 points. Purchases start at GH₵1 and use whole-cedi amounts; each purchase may be up to GH₵10,000. There is no automatic free voting. Transactions are handled by Paystack, not via personal mobile money numbers.
Opening and closing: Voting opens and closes when enabled by the organizer. Any closing time announced by the organizer is in Ghana local time (GMT). The website prevents starting new purchases after voting closes. Payments started while voting was open may still be confirmed afterward.
Result: The highest number of confirmed, non-reversed points leads. If contestants tie for first, there is no automatic winner; organizers must publish a tie-breaking process. The official result is subject to a payment, refund and eligibility review. The GHS 10,000 advertised award is an ultimate prize package, not necessarily a cash payout; ask the organizer for a written breakdown and conditions.
Payments and refunds: Check the contestant and amount before paying. Payment success is verified with Paystack, and duplicate callbacks cannot award additional points. Refund and payment dispute eligibility is governed by the organizer's published policy, applicable consumer law and Paystack processes. Contact the organizer before making a chargeback or refund request.
Privacy: Supporters provide an email to process and reconcile payments; a name is optional. Public profiles display contestant names, images, descriptions, and total valid points. Supporter names, emails and transactions are not public. The organizer controls this data and should publish a full privacy notice, retention period, contact details, and obtain contestant permission before launch.
